I need help with the first DVD to XVid conversion.

I try to follow the guide but it's not show what should happen. I really do not know how to solve it.

There are many many problem that I do not know why it's so much different. My systems is clean install windows XP service pack 2. I do install K++ Codec Pack for watch some DivX/Xvid Movie but I'm also install all needed software / encoding tool as the page describe here..

http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/gknot-basics-divx5.htm

However, it's fail. The ISO image do not show the icon. I do makesure that I check the "enable" checkbox and click on save button many time but when I back in confirguaration menu.. it's not check. I do select the Deamon Tool location program as well.

The major problem is .. I can't select encoding for audio track. Worst enough, I want to use 192 Kbps coding for better sound quality but R4R do not allow me. (Why this software have too much problem and not so friendly with me shhhhhhhzzzzz...)

Please help me.. T_T

I didnt really follow what you ment very well Smith_X. But, you really should try to avoid installing the K++ Codec pack if at all possible. The less codecs on your system, the better.

Try doing it with AutoGK, it will give you close to as good quality as you could get doing it yourself. Only way you'll do better by hand, is if your quite experienced and even then, it is hard to do better.
