Hey,

Since I use autoGK, I though I would try the Xvid for the 1st time. Before I would always use q=2 encodings in divx but now I have to put a quality percentage. I chose "maximum quality" in autogk setting and the file came out bigger than the source!
What is the quality percentage that gives me q=2 encoding?
I know that 67% quality is q=3, but can't find the formula to work it out myself. Sorry if it is a stupid question.

Thanks

PS. If I select 700mb size in autogk, but it doesn't need it all, will my files come out less than 700mb?

Have you looked at the Official AutoGK FAQ (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=72679), specifically, 6.3?

6.3 I used to use old XviD and now I switched to XviD 1.0.x. Since then I _always_ have _very_ undersized/oversized files. What's the problem?
- old XviD has to be uninstalled properly, i.e. just installing new 1.0.x over it is not a proper way. Try uninstalling old one, then reinstalling new one.

This is a cross-post of the same request in the AutoGK Forum....
