Once again I have encountered an iso that's too big to fit on a dvd-r, I have my rate control set to 2pass variable bitrate, as I was earlier instructed to do. the Iso is just a little bit too large. Windows xp reports the file as 4.41 gig, (4,735,725,568 bytes under properties). I tried burning it with nero and decrypter, both tell me the file is too large and when I instruct dvd decrypter to burn anyway it gives me another error and won't continue. Are there other settings dvd2dvd I should set?
For instance in bitrate?
My current settings are: Max: 8000 Min:2000 Min avg:2000 cd size:4480
Max avg:7200

are you using DVD-R media? if not so, i'd suggest you to lower the CD size to 4482 MB as DVD+R are only able to hold a little less data...

Que? :D

Anyway, I reckon about 4350 might be a good pitch for CD size to prevent oversizing.
