I need progy that will load bitmap picture and show it like logo over screen (overlay?) i need it for small local tv station that transmit program (avi clips, adds with scala) on one PC and using TV out for it..
that progy should be compatible with clasic media player and scala (for tv adds) any sugestion would be nice, tv has no budget so any hardware option is not possible..
