According to Doom9 Guide of Oagmachine :
"For AAC output, at the moment it is suggested to downsample to prevent playback problems. For reasons that are not a 100% determined, 48KHz output when using Nero as external encoder doesn't quite seem to work, and downsampling is the only solution to get it right (if you can call downsampling a solution..). "
Is this Still True for he-aac encoding using nero plugins and besweet? Also, what bitrate should be used for ac3 to he-aac encoding for surround2 (dolby pro-logic 2 optimized downmix) output?
