how can i apply Bach's quantization matrix in CCE?
anyone have Bach's Q. Matrix registry patch?

You can edit the matrices manually in CCE 2.66 and later.

I don't know if I well understand You but I think You can use for it RB-opt to apply it. I have DVDRebuilder Installer 0.72 made by Rockas and there is Bach's quantization matrix :)
(as far as I'm concerned I've never use any yet)
