Hi guys, I have a new P4 computer and I've been having problems. It was working and I was using CloneDvd2 to burn my dvds and it would only take about 20-30 mins for everything. Now I took my computer in and they told me I had incompatible ram with my motherboard so they changed it. Now it takes over an hour for a movie in CloneDvd2, but my computer seems to be working fine. Is it still my ram? How would I explain that just one problem doesn't work fine to them?

My hard drive is also a place of error, as I ran an online diagnostic test and it told me it's 'uncached speed' was 3 mb/s, (windows/programs drive) but I have my movies on a different drive that is 10 times that speed... so that would mean my hard drive isn't the problem?

Thanks.

PS: All programs are newest versions, and DVD Decrypter seems to work in the same about of time (just over 20 mins or so).

I found my problem: this is more or less for a reference for anybody else. When I installed the program again I left my temp folder on my c: drive (windows/programs drive --> the slow drive) and it was then writing from that drive to the dvd, hence slow uncache speed was slowing the whole process down.

Thanks anyways.
