Do you mean MP4Box -info, mp4info, mp4creator -list, mplayer or something fancier?

Something very simple, like the way of mkvinfo :) It has to run 100% commandline. I need one for RealAnime to handle MP4.
@bond
I need to know if there is a video track and / or an audio track. That's all :)
But, in case of multiple track (which is likely to happen), I could also need a tool to extract it (in the way of mkvextract).

as gotaserena said:
for extraction you can use mp4box and mp4creator
for info you can use for example mp4box, mp4info (from mpeg4ip)...
