DTS 2 AC3 and sync problems

I have one big problem which i can't solve...I ripped DTS track from Live Aid 85 concert (it's the only one track), because i can't play DTS sound on my home DVD/Divx player and i wan't to convert it to AC3 compliant file...I did it with BeeSweet And Ac3Enc filter and it ended OK. But when i mux new AC3 to VOB files and author a new DVD with AC3 track i loose synchronisation for about half second..how to fix this problem??
I couldn't find solution anywhere on net

And which parameter in this software could i change when outputing new DTS file ???? Or is there any guide??
