the dialogbox poped up, and everything couldn't go on.
i wonder what's wrong with it?:confused: :confused:

Are you trying to export to AVC? Are you/were you using OEM version? Do you have a proper retail serial/license, or do you use demo?

sorry that i didn't describe the problem clearly.
i tried to export a video to AVC, and i have a currect Nero Burning Rom serial number, i am using the retail version of Nero, and NVE is the latest version.
