decoding the grudge using VOBblanker

Well at first i tried using DVD shrink but it wouldnt work so a friend told me to use VOBblanker. when i try this program i get this error.


VTS 01: Opening IFO
VTS 01: Processing VOB (Menus)
VTS 01: Keeping Menu LU 01, PGC 02
Input error: Reached end of VOB too early
VTS 01: Menu final size= 0. Deleting menu.

PostCommands changed into Precommands in 0 PGCs of a total of 0

Finished with ERROR. Process Aborted and not completed


what should i try next?
