Problem with TheFilmMachine (and CCE)

I've got a strange problem.
TFM version 1.3 have worked ok (with cce), and now I uninstalled TFM1.3 and installed version 1.4 and ...... big trouble occured (I'm converting the same avi which worked on TFM1.3 just fine)

While working with version 1.4 the following information appears:

Check your taskmanager if any other cce processes are running, kill them all and try it again.

has appeared - there isn't any cce process in my taskmanager.

Never heard of TFM. It's surely not a CCE problem, so best to ask whoever coded this TFM.
