append two mkv segments?

I need to append a mkv file after another one:those are the first and second part of a movie i had to split to fit into two CDs.Now i need to come back to only one file,no matter if 1.4 Gb file.Can i do this with mkvtoolnix?The video is encoded with xvid and the audio is an aac encodec with besweet and the bsn.dll
