error in parsing matroska file

there is a window that says that virtualdub crashed. and the crash details says:

An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'ntdll'.

how will i solve this? i already sent a message to the e-mail address stated but no reply yet. so i'm asking here :P

are there other programs that can demux dual audio videos besides virtualdubmod?

mkvtoolnix. there's also a gui to extract tracks: mkvegui, iirc.
