GK audio mux

How can I make Gordian knot to only Mux the sound. I want this because the disk space ran out so I have the movie and sound separate.

You mean mux the sound with the video, at a later time than the actual encoding, right?
Easy, open virtualdubmod.exe in the GK program files folder, open your output video file(file>open), go to streams, streams list, add , browse to your audio file, press OK,go back to the file menu, select save as.., choose your container (avi, ogm or mkv)(I think avi is there by default), give it a name, select direct stream copy at the bottom of the window, and press save.
That's the way GK does it for you, usually :) .takes about 30 seconds max.
