nero avc chroma error!

i have just been testing nero avc codec in the second to latest realese and i did a test cartoon and film encode and on both it looked like the chroma had been smeared and moved 5 pixels to the right.

i actually deleted the files but was going to encode them again to show you when i noticed in nero recode, when i loaded the 2 vobs and a avi i looked down the left bottom of the sreen and nero shows the video so i clicked the arrow just above the top right of the video screen and it went larger and i could see the video chroma srewed up then so maybe my computers screwed or nero recode isn,t decoding my video clips well enough.
