I just redid my computer & installed AutoGK. I installed v1.6, then upgraded to 1.88. I also installed the latest DVD Decrypter (3.5.2.0) & AC3Filter.
When I run AutoGK,I get the error mentioned. This is the log:

I also noticed that the source aspect ratio ie 4:3, when it's a widescreen DVD.
I'm running WinXP SP1A on an MSI K7N2 Delta-L with an AMD XP2500+.

Also, if I try to do a preview, I get this error in Windows Media Player:

Evaluate: Unrecognized exception!
(D:\raiders\agk_tmp\RAIDER~1.AVS, line 18)

It's probably in the ripping. It had all these different files like VIDEO_TS.BUP (or something like that).
I'm sure I have the settings right, but I'll double check & report back.
Edit: I did originally rip with the wrong settings. This time I'll erase all the files & start over.
Edit 2: Yep, that did it. Erasing all the crap worked. At least I worked through it myself :)

That is the file that is not supposed to be there after rip in IFO mode - that's why AutoGK wasn't working...
