Share the knowledge, share the wealth ;)
A tutorial I made for the people who need it ;) I’ll show you how to rip the DVD, get rid of the extras, rebuild the DVD with DVD Rebuilder and CCE, fix VTS sectors, fix the menu and at last how to burn the DVD or make an ISO out of it.

Nice guide.
It's basically my process, except for a couple of points.
I usually do the MenuEdit step before DVD-RB that way all the editing is done at once and if I have to re-do a rebuild for some reason I don't have to do that step over again.
I don't use VobBlanker like you do. If I just want to blank out entire VTSs I use PGCEdit since it works on the files directly instead of making copies. I only use VobBlanker when I want to partially strip a VTS.
That said, I still don't follow how your usage of VobBlanker works. I did as your guide says and unchecked "Process Titles", set the ones I wanted to keep to 'skip', but all I got in the output directory was the .ifo and .bup and _0.VOB files of the non-skipped VTSs. Am I missing something?
I don't think I have ever had to do Get VTS sectors after DVD-RB. It never has to update anything when I do it anyway.

I guess I forgot the step where you had to copy files that I've marked on one of the screenshot over to the folder where VobBlanked files are. Will fix it, thnx for the "bug"-report :)
And regarding PGCEdit, I just never tried it. VobBlanker worked for me and doesn't produce any errors :)

I've just started using DVD-RB and I follow pretty much the same process with a few exceptions. I have to disagree with the methodology for using VOBBlanker the way that you do in your guide. I just highlight the individual titlesets in the upper window and then look at what they contain in the individual PGC list at the bottom by right-clicking and select Preview & Cut from the popup menu. If the VOB is nothing I want to keep I select Blank from the menu for each one of the PGCs in the titleset. When I've checked all of the VOBs and blanked the ones I want to discard, I process the fileset and then use DVD-RB to re-encode it to fit on a DVD-5 disc. There's no need to use IFOEdit as none of the VOB pointers have changed. The VOBs have just been replaced with dummy files as placeholders so there's no need to use IFOEdit to change them.
Like I said, I'm still pretty new to the process but so far this has worked for me with no problems. I found a tutorial on using VOBBlanker on another site (afterdawn?) and the method I'm using is what was recommended.

I use Vobblanker with AnyDVD. Just load ANYDVD then open vobblanker and point it to the VIDEO_TS folder on the DVD. What you want to do is BLANK the titles you don't want, not skip. Then choose your output folder, and process. Take the output folder and do the menu editing you want. After that is all done, just run it through rebuilder.

I do it just another way :) Instead of blanking each VOB that you don't want (one by one), I just skip the ones that I want to keep (menu and main movie) and the rest will be blanked (the extras)
