i came across a video the other day that included "SWESUB" in the title. what is this?

2) a scene release where Swedish subtitles have been added => rule 6 material.

huh? illegal movies? who said anything about illegal movies, or even backing up illegal movies...i'm just curious to know what swesub is/does.
