I've take a screenshot of this problem and have cut a short problem m2v file available for download. Due to my poor english, i'm afraid i cant explained very well about the problem, so i'll capture the screenshot and post the short problematic m2v file (included REBUILDER.ECL/.INF)

Details of my problem:
- When the encoding process reach 54.9%, CCE 2.70 will pause for about 20 mins for each pass, it wasn't not responding, it just pause there and it will continue again later.

- After i check the m2v file that cause the long pause, the file got lot of weird pixel corruption and shuttering (the rest of the m2v file are fine, except the one created after the CCE long pause during encoding).

- Have try encode in 2,3,4 pass, try using latest DGMPGDec 1.10 final, also re-export the new set of video_ts using dvdremakepro 2.5.3 without modified anything, and same problem appear.

Using:
DVD Rebuilder 0.72
CCE 2.70.01.05 Trial
AviSynth 2.55
DGMPGDec 1012a
System:
P4 3.0 GHz
2x512 ddr ram
windows xp sp2

best guess is there is glitch in the video file.. try re-ripping the disk with decrypter

@jptheripper
I'll try re-rip the disk using dvd decrypter 3.5.20,
and use nero recode2 to transcode with no compressing (i enable 'remove layer-break' in recode2 config.)
and load the new video_ts into RB072 to run the encoding once again.
would this problem cause by the layer-break? if the source is an ISO image and not a pyhical disc, it shouldnt have any layer break issue, right?
thanks.;)

you dont need to do the nero step, my guess it is erroring right at the layer break.

run rb without doing the layer break step, its unneeded

Finally, encode & rebuild successfully (RB 0.72 + CCE 2.70.01.05, 2 pass), i re-rip the source and use DGMPGDec 1.10 final instead of 1012a, the long pause issue during encoding still occured, but this time the result m2v file are not having any pixel corruption after the encoding pause.
by the way, i've also try the encoding using Procoder2.0 mode (DGMPGDec 1012a), the long pause did occured and the result m2v file after the encoding pause was empty (0kb), during rebuild i received error '5' and had to abort.
thanks for the suggestion.;)
