Two problems with IVTC

I'm trying to IVTC a PAL->NTSC DVD. Telecide(order=1,guide=3).Decimate(6) seems to work fine, but it drops a frame from time to time. Here's a jerky sample (http://rotfl.neostrada.pl/inframan.avi) (the dropped frame is at about 00:05). I tried other settings, but nothing helped. Also, if I use an override, Decimate drops a frame in the next cycle. Here's the vob clip (http://rotfl.neostrada.pl/inframan.vob).

The other problem is a cartoon. I have no idea what I can do with this (http://rotfl.neostrada.pl/omc.vob) and how.

both clips will need restore24-treatment.

I looked at the Cartoon.vob

I'm no expert, but, there are so many blended frames that I
would use a spacial filter and keep it interlaced.

Just my dumb opinion.
