M2V is MPEG2 video. Please be more specific about what you want.

If you want MPEG1, you'll have to decode the M2V and then re-encode as MPEG1. You could use DGMPGDec and TMPGEnc, respectively, for example.

If you want a program stream, you need to multiplex your m2v file with the respective audio file, then you'll get an MPEG program stream.

If muxman wont accept your m2v (perhaps because of aspect ratio etc) then you could use restream on your m2v first.
