How to mux Nero AVC - MP4 into MKV [Archive]

I'm trying to mux AVC track from MP4 file created by Nero Recode (6.6.0.3) into MKV file along with other files (soundtrack, chapters,...) and got the following error:

Warning: Quicktime/MP4 reader: Unknown/unsupported FourCC 'avc1' for track 3.:sly:

I am using mkvmerge version 1.0.1 ("October Road") wich AFAIK supposed to eat H264/AVC formats.

Sorry,
Just read another thread that 1.0.1 cannot handle avc. I need latest beta 1.2.0 than.

Will try it soon.
