Line top left on small encodes

Hi,

If i encode a movie at 256 x XXX, i get a faint black (semi transparent) line, about 1 pixel tall and about 128px long going along the top left of the encoded movie?.

Does anybody know the reason for this, and how to remove it?

Bad cropping on your part? You get this only for this resolution?

How did you encode this? Tool used? XviD settings? Any filters used? You have the log file?

I will try different resoloutions and bti rates.
