Does anyone knows if this new version will work?

If no one has a clue, I will post the results on my next Rebuild ;)

I don't see why it shouldn't. Im using the latest beta version and havent had any issues with it yet.

Will it work right... Yes..maybe. I've done a few movies with it and it worked fine for me (ME) on the 4 movies I did. Having say that, should you use it ... well ... just don't ask "Why can't I backup this movie" and think it's something to do with DVD-RB and not the fact that you are using beta or RC program (.dll) that hasn't been test with DVD-RB. The current DGMPGDec or MPEG2Dec3dg works great and is what should be used, using beta and RC's is just ask for problems with DVD-RB and floods the forum with questions about them. DVD-RB is a program that is being tweaked, fix and improved daily and it does its job right (most of the time) with the help of the right programs.

Anyway I talk to much so I'll stop now but I guess the answer to the question is "If you want to.. sure.. if you think it will really help."

Hope this helps

Any definitive answer now that 1.1.0 is final?

I've been using it without any issues. Only time will tell if there are any hidden implications.

I used dgmpgdec 1.2.0b2 and there were no problems.
