I am trying to convert a PAL dvd to an NTSC DVD. I used DVD Decrypter to put the whole mess on my HD, using IFO mode, and demuxing to individual streams.
I now have audio in AC3 format and video in m2v format. TMPGEnc Plus recognizes the m2v file format but TMPGEnc Xpress does not! Any idea why not? I have a proper software DVD player installed, so I assume all the codecs/filters are in place..
