anyone know how to change the drive letter of a harddrive after installing windows? For some reason it made my Sata drive F instead C. And its making me mad.

Not possible. The letter of the system partition will be chosen at the beginning of Windows setup, and can't be altered afterwards.
If you want it to be C:, you have to re-install Windows. If necessary, unplug other hard drives so that Windows Setup assigns C: to the partition you want.
