I have a speron 2600+ 2 ghz and I have about 30 486's and i'm thinkin of networking them for speed increase with rebuiler, will i notice a speed increase by havein 30 486's working together, rfarm also support paraparl computing?

I think CCE requires a Pentium (maybe PIII) or better. I don't know about the other encoders.

Oh man why the ideal sounds hot as hell, wmansir is correct the slower CPU would be the PIII or Celeron. Here is the list of CPU's. (http://www.cinemacraft.com/eng/cpu.html) Man I wish I would have thought of that idea first. Now just to find a crap load of PIII's sitting around...
