No Video No Capture

I just upgraded my system from an Athlon XP 1600+ (512 PC133) integrated audio to an Athlon 64 3200+ (512 PC2700) Inland 4.1 sound card. I have installed Windows XP Professional from scratch multiple times into SP1a and SP2. I use iuVCR to capture, and with the old setup (Athlon XP 1600+) I was able to preview and capture just fine. The problem is in the new setup. I press the preview button, and I hear the audio but see no video. When I press the capture button, 0 frames are captured, 0 frames are dropped. I can hear the audio running while capturing, although no video or audio gets actually captured, as my resulting file after any number of minutes of capturing is 127KB in size. This problem is not only with iuVCR, when I use virtualDUB to preview, a blank green screen appears but audio working. With the old setup, I used to be able to at least see the video stream as well. The capture card is a LifeView FlyTV 3000FM, so it uses WDM drivers only. If you can shed some light on my problem, that would be most appreciated. Thanks.

SOFTWARE:
WinXP Pro sp2 (clean install of WinXP (original) then sp2 immediately)
All drivers used are the drivers provided with the hardware

Also, I think the problem lies in the "WDM Video For Windows Capture Driver (Win32)", as I get the same problems in iuVCR, VirtualDUB, VirtualVCR, and the LifeView TVR software provided with capture card.

Have you tried uninstalling SP2? I would not be surprised if it broke something.

Yes, I have done a clean install of just Windows XP with SP1. I have even done a clean install of just Windows XP with no service packs. It doesn't run any way I set it.

Ah, I figured it out. Before, the IRQ for my capture card was 12, and I went into BIOS and disabled IRQ 12, so it was forced to assign another IRQ for the capture card. Now it's on IRQ 5 and all is well. :D
