Just did Matrix R1. If you select normal movie play, subtitles show ENGLISH and you can select them. If you go White Rabbit feature, subtitles are not selecatble (Power DVD), but Closed Captions WORK!!!!
In normal mode they don't. Jdobbs did you do anything about it or it is just a glitch? If the line 23 exists and it is just not sinchronised, than task to get CC is not that big, I guess it is just sync between different cells that you encode (trimming of the cell d2v file is not exact, so the sync is lost). I hope this helps...

P.S. Subtitles dissappear in original DVD too when in Rabbit mode. Just curiously CC works after DVD-RB (never did before), but if you skip chapters they stop working again.
