Compressibility percentage was initially 181.82%. Your output cannot reach 700MB.

But that doesn't make a lot of sense for content that's longer than an hour. What type of content is it?

You might consider de-installing and reinstalling XviD.

->Ok, there is no way to FORCE it to 700mb?

-> It's true it's very lowmotion educational video so it can be extremly compressed, but output i get is not at all good quality anyways. Kinda like a low quality jpg all though video.

-> I use latest xvid codec package from the tutorial homepage.

Try DE-INSTALLING and then reinstalling XviD. Overlayed installations can cause bitrate problems.

Assuming your problem is not XviD, then no, there is no way to "force" a higher bitrate than that obtainable with Quantizer 2 (100% quality). You log showed that AGK attempted to turn off B-frames -- bidirectional encoding -- as those frames use higher quantizer values.

You could try a single pass at 100% quality, but my guess is you'll have a similar output size.

But all in all, re-installing XviD is probably the correct thing to do.

Final compressibility percent is 107, so it indicates that 700Mb will not be reached but output definitely should be larger than 240Mb. Please have a look at the FAQ Q 6.3 & 6.13.
