BS player function? Video on Desktop?

I saw today on a demo shown, a Video being played on desktop background like a wallpaper except it is Moving picture.....

I saw that it is played by BSplayer....

Is this avalible on MPC as well?

No.
If you really need this feature, then use BSPlayer, VLC or WinDVD 6 (only supports video desktop for DVD playback).
