dvd player that plays 5.1 ac3 encoded divx + subtitles (idx/sub & srt)?

Pioneer DV-575A <- with DVD-Audio
Pioneer DV-676A <- none-European model of DV-575A, no SCART
Philips DVP720SA <- no DVD-Audio

or lower range, without 5.1 analog output, without DTS decoder:

Pioneer DV-470
Philips DVP762

All can play .idx+.sub and .srt subtitles. The Philips ones also need .ifo to be present with .idx+.sub. All needs some tweak in .idx to get the colors right, http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=79054 .

I have a Waitec Vision SLX, a great little player. I don't use subtitles myself, so i'm not sure if it's supports that witch you stated. But it does play divx in AC3 with ease. It also supports GMC, QP, B frames. See www.waitec.com for more info.
