I have created a little tool for creating avisynth and virtualdub scripts, thought you guys might find it useful.
It's called "ScriptWriter", and it serves two purposes:
1) It takes a directory of video files and creates an avisynth script for each one based on an avisynthesizer template (avisynthesizer is another tool for automated avisynth script creation, but it has no batch capabilities).
2) It creates a virtualdub script which contains a job for each avisynth script that was created in step 1; the virtualdub jobs are based on a user-defined vcf file.
It's quick, it's simple, it does what I need (I have some avisynth scripts I run all my DV footage through before I start any heavy-duty editing).
Download it here: http://members.cox.net/jklint/ScriptWriter_0.4.zip
comments? suggestions? questions? email me!
*note - ScriptWriter requires the Java 1.50 runtime environment (also called Java 5.0); download it at:
