Hello,
I'm sure this is a bit of a stupid question but how do I use rebuilder with CCE 2.7? I've previously been using 2.50 but wanted to try a newer version. When I did try just selecting CCE sp new and set it to the CCtsp.exe I ended up with output encoding at a constant 6 mbps bitrate which gave me a larger output than the original movie.
So I thought I would try using CCE with elcce. When I do this I have other strange issue's. Windows pop up asking me to select settings and I still have files of the same 6mbps CBR.
Maybe there is a guide somewhere for setting this up but I didn't see it and I've gotten myself very confused.
