Merging different video streams into a single multiangle video

I have videos that have a language menu. Once I choose the language it plays the video in that particular language. I was wondering if I can reauthor the DVD such that I can change the language on-the-fly by changing to different angle. Currently I cannot change the language except to go back to the root menu.

The particular videos I am talking about are educational videoes that teach particular words/phrases in different languages. Much of the video are identical except for a few places where words or phrases are written in the chosen language. Of course the audio is different.

Probably should begin by recommending software ...

If this issue has been addressed, I apologize for bringing it up again but I have really searched ... perhaps using wrong keywords.

in theory this is possible .... however all the angle assets must be identical in frame count etc. there are also a number of other rules/specs. that must be adhered to.
