nup, that'll all be flash. flash's drawing tools are pretty good, even with just a mouse (my friend does awesome illustrations in flash, but can't use a stylus to save himself. if you grab the mouse just right it's actually pretty easy).

[edit] that's pretty cool, too.

If that impresses you, you should take a look at some of the japanese(or otherwise) oekaki BBS. Not be confused with bukkake. For content reasons I can't provide a link but if you know my friend google "Fearsom Oekaki" Has some interesting pics and animations showing the process. Several done with mouse only. And alot like that flash animation.
