i'm tring to backup a DVD but the sound is going out of sync.

In the begin it's syncronized but in the end it's advanced 1, 2 sec.!
I tried to mux with the original AC3 and with MP3 but it's the same it goes out of sync.

What should it be? i made every thing by the "book" the source is identified with 25 fps! But if the sound advaces should the video be more than 25 fps???

i tried wih 1.85 and 1.86 and it's the same :(

Length of demuxed audio seems to be different from video. Check out this: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=82884 , may be you need to re-rip the dvd with some sort of trick.

P.S. manual delay in vdub won't help in this situation...

The PGC1 have all the 32 chapters, but in my DVD i just have one cell for each chapter i can't uncheck that cell...i don't know what to do!
It's like if we have a 25fps movie and we have 24fps subtitles in the begining every thing it's OK but in the midle we start to see some delay and in the end it's a big delay.

I made a try and if i just check the last chapter i get it without any delay i think the delay is progressive...introduced in each chapter...but if i see the vobs in MPC there are no delay.

AVI playback works like this (usually): length of the audio gets streched or shrinked to whatever length video have. So if you audio 2 sec shorter then video then it will start OK, but by theend of movie it'll be two sec ahead of video because its being played faster than needed.

This is happening due to audio demuxing problem. I suggest you try demuxing with another tool (I suggest mplayer actually - it never let me down) and then just remuxing it back to your video. You can always check the length of audio and video in vdubmod.

The new sector protected discs cause audio sync errors upon encode any work going to be done in this dept. as I forsee this is going to hit home more and more as DVD's are released.

Suppose I shoulda posted in this section but I posted here:

Please answer my question to the post respectively in the other section if possible.
