Crop and resize without re-encoding

Is there any way to crop and resize the video and change the DAR flag in TMPG without re-encoding the intire file? Isn't it possible to select Direct Stream Copy (like in VirtualDub)?

You can change the DAR flag without reencoding (demux and then use ReStream to change the flag on the video stream and then remux) but you can not crop or resize without reencoding of the entire file.

You can also use the DVD Patcher. It's much easier and faster.
