Pinnacle Studio "Not enabled for PAL"

Hello all.

I bought my Pinnacle Studio Plus 9 when in the USA and now I have a big problem...
It's fixed on NTSC and I cannot open my PAL videos.

I found a solution on other sites that talked of just a small change on the registry to be able to select PAL on Studio.
The problem is the solution was for studio 8. Studio 9 doesn't have the same entries on the registry...

Anyone have a bright idea?

Have you tried
A)e-mailing Pinnacle to see what the registry change is for version 10?
B)Posting a requst for the registry hack for vs 10 in the same thread tht you found the other?
C)Any chance you could trade in your version for a new one at a local dealer?
