something like Reclock on OSX??

Since a few weeks i have a mac, g4. On my pc i used reclock to sync my computer to my pal tv. But Reclock isn't available for the mac, so i was wondering if there is any alternative to Reclock for OSX? maybe a plug-in for vlc, or a standalone program to change the framerate...

any ideas?:confused:
