DTS with Gordian Knot

I am encoding my DVD images to Mpeg4 format using Auto GK for use with my HTPC. Everything works great except for movies I encode with a DTS track. Upon playback there is no sound weather using WMP10, Power DVD 6 or more importantly TVEDIA from www.8dim.com which will use either Hardware or software decoding. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

To be able to decode DTS tracks in AVI you need either latest RC of AC3Filter 1.0 or latest ffdshow.

When using either of the tools you mentioned I get sound however my Dennon no longer sees the signal as DTS but instead sees it as a analog signal. Am i doing something wrong or is this the only way to decode it?
