Using filters with autoGK

can I use filters?

I want to use filters in AutoGK, for disabling TV Logos of the MPEG2 DVB-stream.

I have make very good experiences with LogoAway, by using in VirtualDubMod. Is there a possibility for AutoGK, to use this?

You can use GK.

Either add your own AviSynth filters and encode through GK's job control, or you can use GK as your .avs script generator and audio transcoder, and manually encode GK scripts in VdubMod.
