Please Identify a Movie!

I'm trying to find the name of a movie I watched about 10 to 12 years ago and can't remember the title. It was like "The Boys From Brazil", but was about a secret world wide organization of Nazi war criminals headed by the camp doctor. The doctor was suppose to be the son of one of the camp doctor's but in fact was the original doctor who had found a way to make all of the ex-nazi people younger. He had experimented on children, and found something from them would reverse the aging process. As soon as a group hunting this organization would get close to a member, that member would be killed to protect the group. Members come to his clinic for treatment in a guarded castle in europe. A group of CIA people are trying to find out if this organization really exists. They finally discover where his clinic is, and enter through old caverns up the hill behind the castle. Much mystery. Don't remember any of the actors!

Thanks, but no this is not the one I'm looking for. I have all of the "other" movies listed on the amazon page, and their not the one I'm trying to find. I do appreciate ANY help, as it was much newer than "The Boys from Brazil".

I've never heard of the "New Avengers". You know what they say; when you get really OLD, you can't remember s--t! This was a full length movie that I rented on a VHS tape, but the rental store (I knew the owner) is now out of business.
