Bug 4 bframes (Celtic Druid 1.1 Build 20 dec.)

There is visual bug in Xvid (celtic druid last 1.1 build 20 dec.)
2 bframes is optimal for Xvid, but i tried 3 and 4 bframes (of

course,quality wasn´t better or worse for 3 or 4 bframes).
this bug doesn´t affect video with 2 or 3 bframes, but 4 bframes
