I have a Dazzle capture device that came with my computer it is an older one, and I think it is similar to the DVC120 shown here (http://www.pinnaclesys.com/ProductPage_n.asp?Product_ID=2253&Langue_ID=7). Except mine is all black, I don't know if that makes a difference, but just in case it does. My computer came with MGI Videowave 4, and my computer will not let me capture with any other program like win movie maker, or virtual dub. I am running xp. Also when I try to capture a video I have of some shows I have recorded it says that it is copy write protected, and the capture stops. Is there anyway to bypass this, I have heard that RF Modulators will bypass it, if I were to record these on to new tapes using the modulator would the macrovision be removed from them? Also are there any good capture cards that bypass this and capture the video anyways? Any suggestions? Sorry for the long post, but if anyone could help me it would be great. Thank you.
