Hi,I am new here,I am quite new to video capture.
Has search "frames dropped" in forum and read the Capture FAQ Stick(20 and 21),
and follows the guide step by step,
when capturing,I will get 20-25 frames dorpped an hour,has anyone got any tips?

1. I have updated all of the hardware driver
2. UDMA mode confirmed enabled,formatted NTFS (capturing without the Promise controller)
4. restart before capture
3. Turn any active background proces off
5. Change the screen resolution to 800*600, 256 colors and 60Hz refresh rate
6. make a test capture (F7) before the real capture
7. without preview capturing
Video Soure: Composite,Capture Resolution 720*576,PAL TV 25 frames
VirtualDubVCR & Sync capture setting:
- Audio Compression - PCM 44.100 kHz,16bit stereo
- Video Compression - Huffyuv v2.1.1 - CCESP Patch v0.2.5
- Capture Setting
- Capture audio (enabled) - Frames rate 25.0000 - Drop% limit: 10 - Maximun index entries: 324000
- Video buffer limit: 150 - Audio buffer limit: 10 - Audioo buffer size: 18000 - Lock video stream to audio (enabled)
- Capture timing - resample audio data dynamically to match video clock (enabled)
- Disk I/O - Chunk size: 1MB - Chunk in buffer 15 - Disable Windows write buffering (enabled)
