At the moment im using the onboard nvidia soundstorm audio, but i want to get a proper sound card, one for better sound for music and gaming and two i think the reason i get dropped frames when capping may be the onboard audio. Now i was looking at the M-Audio Revolution 7.1 card as its got really good reviews, the only down side is it has a high cpu usage which drops frames in games, so im now looking at the M-Audio Revolution 5.1 as the specs for it say its based of the same architecture as the 7.1 but is design with gamers in mind so it has a low cpu usage... Does anyone has this 5.1 card or know some else who has it so you could tell me if it is any good and does actually have a low cpu usage..

Please dont reply and tell me to get a soundblaster, im only after info on this card really.

Thanks
