Nero Playback Question???

Alright, calm down... It's not what you think.
I was wondering how to get the Chapter function to work in ShowTime. I have encoded many files and play them with ShowTime. However the Chapter buttons are greyed out? I can right click > go to > Title > and select chapter to skip to. But that is not feasible using a remote control. I have tried both asp & avc version encodes.

Any Ideas?

why is that hard to use a title that matches the question??? i cant see these "nero playback" titles anymore... :p
