Hi,

I just want to tell you, that I'm not able to read the mp4 guide due to... see the attached pictures.

Hit CTRL and reload the page. This is an error in decoding/encoding the page as gzip on the fly. This rarely happens and should be possible to be corrected by reloading the page (without proxies in the middle then, maybe the proxy has the "damaged" page stored).
